EDUCATION

Payment for all classes is due at the time of registration and can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card. 

ECIAR reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason, including but not limited to: insufficient enrollment, instructor illness/emergency, or severe weather. In the event of cancellation, all registered participants will have the option of a full refund or an account credit. Registrants that cancel prior to when class begins are eligible for a refund. No-shows and registrants who cancel after the class begins are not eligible for a refund. 

All attendees are expected to sign in prior to class, be on time, and to be present for 90% of the class. Certificates will not be issued to attendees who do not meet this threshold. All class certificates will be made available to attendees within five business days of completing the class and attendees will be notified via email when available for download.

Appearing and remaining on camera for the duration of class is mandatory in order to receive credit per the Iowa Real Estate Commission. If you are off camera for any duration of the class, you will be removed from class and unable to receive credit.

Driving while in class is not permitted. If you are driving, you will be removed from class and unable to receive credit.
